Okay so this is not really a cheat but sign up with the email thing and it gives you a gem code ;)
Okay to the cheats
So you can gain gems by adding friends right? Now nobody ever really accepts. So what you do is either create a bunch of emails or the easier way:
Send the request to your email (yes the one connected to your OurWorld) then go to your email, press go to ourworld or it doesnt work) and create a new account from there with a different username and password. Bring it to level 5 and gems will be sent to your origional account (the one you sent the request from) Then abandon that account. You can make as many accounts and get as many gems as you want.
For gifting: You know thoose other accounts that you have? Earn gems on there from videos and gift your origional account so you dont lose any gems or have to pay the fine of gifting! :)
Same for cloths! So have fun cheating you lying cheaters out there! And remember my top two rules:
